Editorial Board & Process

Our editorial board is composed of distinguished scholars from institutions across three continents, ensuring rigorous, globally relevant peer review across all disciplines.

How Review Works

• Submission & AI audit — the author submits a manuscript; an AI audit runs immediately for format, originality, and structure compliance.
• Assignment — the Chief Editor assigns the manuscript to two or more board members whose expertise matches the subject area.
• Decision & publication — board consensus determines acceptance; accepted papers receive a DOI and are published in the current issue.

Ethics & Independence

All submissions are reviewed under a double-blind peer review process — neither the author nor the reviewer knows the identity of the other during review. Board members declare any conflict of interest before assignment: a member from the same institution as an author, or with prior published collaboration with the author, will not review that manuscript.

Board Membership

The board is chaired from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, with members drawn from NSUK, the Nigerian Defence Academy, the University of Freiburg, and partner institutions. The full, current board roster is published inside the portal's Editorial section.
